- College Transcript(s) – You will want the Department Code, Class Number, Title of the Course, and the Credits you have/will receive to enter into your college applications.
- Detailed List of Activities and Honors/Awards- CPSI students have been working on their activities in their student profiles. These will be entered into multiple applications (UC, Common, Coalition, Institutional Apps).
- Test Scores and Dates (SAT and/or ACT) – you can self-report test scores to some colleges; others may require you to send them directly from the testing agency. Reminder: The UC’s and CSU’s are still Standardized Test-Blind.
