- Increased or new dread over deadlines – Do deadlines suddenly seem like giants to be slain?
- Reduced academic confidence – Do you find that you used to be confident on the day of a test, but now you are second-guessing yourself, even though your academic performance has continued at the same level?
- Increased cases of sickness – Burnout can impact your body’s ability to fight off illness due to being in a constant state of fight or flight.
