AP exams are important both for your student profile and so you can get some college credits squared away in advance. That can cause some test-taking pressure that you don’t need to add to other stresses as a student. Here are a few tips to help you glide through the AP exam season without burning out.

  • Stay active – Regular exercise is crucial for proper blood flow – the same blood flow that can help your mind to be sharp on test day. So don’t sacrifice exercise for extra cramming.
  • Maintain a sleep schedule – Going to bed and waking up at the same time every day will help your body to be in a routine and will lead to more mental clarity when you take your exams.
  • Keep focused – The school year is almost over. Don’t lose your focus now when your scores will matter the most. When you enrolled in your AP courses, you set yourself on a path with a goal in mind. You just need to stay focused for a few more weeks to see those objectives realized.
  • Manifest it – Be positive with yourself. You can do this. Give yourself the positive pep talks you need, and then get in there and ace those exams!
